Tutor Worksheets provides digital worksheet, feedback, and learning-progress tools. This policy applies to information processed through our marketing website, beta access form, accounts, support channels, and product features.
Information we may process
Information you provide
This may include your name, email address, optional phone number, inquiry subject, role, account preferences, support messages, and information submitted when requesting beta access.
Learning and worksheet information
When product features are used, we may process worksheets, assignments, handwritten or typed answers, scratch work, scores, feedback, activity time, attempts, and progress records.
Technical and usage information
We may receive device, browser, general location, log, diagnostic, and usage information needed to operate, secure, understand, and improve the service. Our website uses Google Analytics, which may use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits and interactions.
Information collected by connected services
The beta access form is provided through Google Forms. Information entered there is also processed by Google under its own terms and privacy practices.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, personalize, and secure accounts and product features.
- Store worksheets, submissions, feedback, attempts, and progress.
- Manage beta interest and communicate about access or service updates.
- Respond to questions, support requests, and feedback.

AI-assisted features
When AI-assisted checking is used, worksheet content and student responses may be processed to suggest answer checks, scores, mistakes, or feedback. These suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. A teacher, tutor, parent, or other responsible adult should review and approve the final result.
Service providers that support AI features may process content only as needed to provide those functions and subject to the arrangements applicable to those services.
Children’s and student information
Tutor Worksheets is intended to be used by students under the direction of an authorized teacher, tutor, parent, guardian, school, or other responsible adult. Adults should only provide student information they are authorized to manage and should use the minimum information needed for the learning activity.
Schools and organizations are responsible for obtaining any permissions or consents required for their use of the service.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain learning records requested by users, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Retention periods may vary by information type and account status.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Depending on your location and relationship with Tutor Worksheets, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of certain personal information. You may also ask questions about how information is handled.
Parents and teachers can open Account from the app navigation; students can open Account settings from their account menu. The Account settings page offers separate deactivation and permanent account-deletion actions, verified with your current password and confirmation. Deactivation preserves the account and work and supports explicit reactivation. Permanent account deletion removes profile identifiers, credentials and related identity/access records, blocks reactivation, and confirms completion after cleanup. Registering again with the same email creates a fresh account.
Worksheet and answer content, history references and an anonymous-labelled account record remain. A parent’s deletion does not delete a child’s separate account. This account action does not purge native on-device drafts, backups or copies previously sent to external providers, and does not redact personal information that might be included in worksheet content. It should not be understood as erasing every copy of data. For questions or additional data-removal requests, use our account help page; its optional support form is separate from the in-app account action.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our service, practices, or legal requirements change. We will update the date at the top of this page when revisions take effect.
